Characters that have taken damage from T-Ray's close combat attack can't be healed and damage dealt to them can't be reduced below 1.
Deadpool's Archnemesis:
T-Ray can use Phasing/Teleport. When he does, you may instead place him adjacent to any opposing character with "Deadpool" in its name; after this action resolves, T-Ray may be given a close combat action as a free action.
Hieroglyphic Scraps of Paper:
T-Ray can use Super Strength. Give T-Ray a free action and choose a standard attack power. T-Ray can use that power until your next turn.
